• Turkey should ensure 400 mcm/day entry capacity for 2020.
• Significant part of this capacity should come from additional underground storage withdrawal capacity.
• Part of it should come from new LNG regasification terminals to ensure gas-to- gas competition with regards to new gas projects, contract renewals especially if we see it as an issue more than supply security.
• Smaller but faster facilities (both underground storage and Satellite LNG plants) might add a lot to the system security by peak shaving.
