BusinessHT'ye konuşan Öğütçü, daha önce 65-70 dolar arasında olan petrol tahminlerini, petroldeki son zamanlarda görülen artış ışığında 75-80 dolar arasına çektiklerini söyledi. Öğütçü, "Bu yeni enerji yatırımlarının tekrar başlaması ve şirketlerin durulması açısından iyi haber ve bizim gibi ülkeler için fırsat yaratıyor" diyor.
